All ways great apart from the mattress which seemed to have a bit of a dent where people sit on the edge of the bed. Channel 4 was missing in the tv channels.

Our room was cleaned each day, we received two bottles of water each day, teas. The place is close to dining options and close to M&S food hall. Close to the Waterloo tube station and Westminster station. London eye is close.

"My arrival was simple and the reception staff are wonderful. I like that I’m asked if I want room service and as I was only there two nights, so I said that I didn’t need one.
