Unfortunately, the hotel was down to one working elevator when I first arrived. Within the 4 days of my stay, the only working elevator also went out of service which meant taking the stairs 5 flights of stairs a couple of times a day. Very inconvenient and difficult after walking all day sightseeing in London. Hopefully, both elevators is up and running safely very soon.
Fortunately, the hotel staff were kind and helpful during my entire stay. Shout out to Shani at the front desk for being so kind and helpful. Another staff member named Shaniah was also helpful and polite. Overall, I had a pleasant stay minus the inconvenience of no working elevators for the majority of my 4-day stay.
I would still recommend this hotel because of it’s location, well-equipped room, nice lobby, and helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location with Lambeth North tube station across the street. Good dining options around the area. Room was small but very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant. We made use of the pool but did not find the water very clear and there were some obvious repairs needed around the edges.

"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms).
