Was nice to have potable water available 24 hours to fill our thermo. Excellent location. Having a restaurant inside was very convenient. Sofa bed was uncomfortable (it kept splitting in two pieces). Room was smaller than we thought.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The only problem we encountered was with the air conditioning as it didn’t seem to work the second night. Also there was a lot of noise coming from the room next to us because they were doing maintenance while my sister and I were trying to rest after coming in from a long flight. However, when I alerted the front desk staff of this, they immediately ceased working and the noise stopped. It was a weekday afternoon so I understood that they would be working during that time but I appreciated the front desk staff asking them to stop so we could rest peacefully. Everything else was good and we would stay here again in the future when returning to London. The location is also convenient and close to the train station.
