"They oversold the hotel they put me in the back of the hotel where I couldn’t see anything but bushes the staff was rude. I could never get a dinner reservation at any of the restaurants. Everything was already reserved the concierge no one could help us. It was not worth my money. Would I advise anyone to stay here. No, I would not."

"The Hilton Cancun was a beautiful hotel with great pools (including a waterslide/splash pad pool for kids), comfortable beds, and excellent entertainment. Things I loved: the decor, the North Pool (an infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico), the entertainment staff (especially the multiple, kid-friendly parties we attended), the gym, the housekeeping. Things that could be better: the food was mostly ok (the major hits were the Italian restaurant, the steakhouse, the donuts and the iced coffee; the rest was so-so), the service was hit or miss (some staff were amazing, while others needed multiple reminders)."
