"The resort was extremely clean and beautiful. Staff alway had a smile on their face and were happy to help with anything you needed. Lots of options for food throughout the resort. The steaks were great and the wings at the pool were fantastic."

"Full honesty, staff was friendly but that was the only good thing about this property. The hotel and Room itself was a poor decision. It was not cleaned at all, the moment we arrived within a hour of arrival, we had to contact maintenance “3 times” because the toilet was not working. There was food crumbs all over the floor, even a used floss stick still in the restroom, the tv wasn’t working. The shower is a mess, when full pressure on, it spills out and all over the floor and drips into the hallway.& I’m not exaggerating. There was some dead flies on the window area. Within the first hour of arriving we were looking for a new hotel but they wouldn’t refund us so we were stuck staying here. Luckily it was only two nights but never again. I don’t recommend, much nicer hotels nearby and for the same price. "

"I travelled solo and stayed for 6 days. I don't know what some of these reviews are aiming for. Yes sometimes there is a smell, but have you not been anywhere else in Mexico? Even the plush reports smell sometimes, a lot of people be pooping in Mexico. It was very mellow and private, not cookie cutter. Safe. Easy to navigate. The "beach" area doesn't bode well for swimming but it is a great and cool boho spot. It's easy to get around to other beaches for swimming. I recommend a swim up room. The beds were comfy, my internet worked fine and my hot water was usually hot. Helpful and delightful staff. "

"The Spa experience was wonderful along with the many pools and access to the beach. It is a beautiful property. Dinner at Sea and Stones was delicious! The buffet was also amazing with many options and something for everyone. My room was in building D with a balcony and ocean and pool view. Beautiful room. I was most impressed with the incredible Hospitality from everyone that worked there. "
