"This property would receive a 5 star rating, if they stopped pestering families to take the tour and sell products as people leave the resort. We stayed at The Grand, which let us visit all three resorts which we loved. Be AWARE, the prices at the gift shops are drastically overpriced but convienent if you run out of sun screen. "

"The location of the hotel by the beach is good. It is however across from a water treatment plant so the smells at the front of the hotel especially at nights was terrible at times. The food is mediocre at best, but the grounds and rooms are clean and maintained well. It is a decent place to stay but lacks activities after hours and does not offer room service. The pools are small but were never overcrowded."
