"An Excellent Experience, with an Exceptional Team My experience during my vacation at Haven Hotel was excellent. What I would especially like to highlight is the quality of the service. All of the staff were extremely professional, polite, attentive, and friendly. They made us feel welcome and very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would like to give a special thank you to several employees who made our stay even more enjoyable: ❤️ Andrés, for his excellent service and kindness. ❤️ Lore and Francisco, from housekeeping, for keeping everything in order and for their excellent service. ❤️ Diana, from the pool area, for always being attentive and friendly. ❤️ Mariana, from the bar, for her great service and willingness to help. ❤️ Marcelo, from the lobby, for his professionalism and kindness. ❤️ Sandra, from Marketplace, for her excellent service. ❤️ Roger, from the beach area, for his attentiveness and kindness. Each of them truly represents the hospitality and professionalism we experienced during our stay. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and for helping make our vacation such a special experience. The food was good, and we enjoyed the variety available. However, I believe the hotel could significantly improve the quality and variety of the drinks. I also noticed that some areas of the hotel need more maintenance. "We had a great stay at this hotel! The registration process was very easy and straightforward. We checked in, provided our details, paid the resort fee, and were settled in without any hassle. The pool was lovely, and the breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options. Our room was comfortable and clean, and overall the hotel was a great place to stay. The only issue we experienced was that the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. We contacted maintenance, and rather than making us wait for it to be fixed, the hotel moved us to another room. We really appreciated how quickly they handled the situation. The hospitality was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was kind, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. The location was also very convenient—it’s super close to the airport and directly across the street from the shopping outlets, which made it really easy to get around and do some shopping. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again!"
