"This experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment you entered the lobby to the moment I left, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and their attentiveness to details. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were also very spacious and had a ton of upgrades including a stunning view overlooking their pool and the beach. Everything was incredibly clean. I would definitely return back to this hotel next time! "

"En general, nuestra estadía fue agradable. El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y se nota que está bien cuidado. Las instalaciones son cómodas y el ambiente es agradable. Sin embargo, considero que el servicio podría mejorar. Da la impresión de que no cuentan con suficiente personal para atender la cantidad de huéspedes, lo que ocasiona tiempos de espera bastante largos. El servicio a la habitación tardó más de lo esperado y, en varias ocasiones, fue difícil recibir atención de manera oportuna. El personal fue amable cuando nos atendió, pero claramente parece estar sobrecargado de trabajo. Con una mejor organización y más personal disponible, la experiencia sería mucho mejor, ya que el hotel tiene todo lo necesario para ofrecer una excelente estadía. El spa estuvo muy bueno, vale la pena el precio. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer el masaje y el hydro estubo super tambien!"

"Our experience was disappointing overall. While I understand that resorts offer membership presentations and sales pitches, the approach taken by Octavio and his supervisor (whose name I unfortunately did not get) crossed the line from persistent to intrusive. During our first two days, we experienced repeated contact, including knocks on our room door and calls to both our hotel room phone and personal cell phones as early as 8:00 AM. We have stayed at many resorts and have never encountered this level of pressure. The beach was another major disappointment. It was not swimmable and was barely even suitable for walking, which significantly impacted our enjoyment of the property. The food was average, nothing particularly memorable. The standout employees were the bartenders, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and fun throughout our stay. As for the room, the layout seemed appealing when booking, especially the option with a door separating the sleeping areas. However, I would not recommend paying extra for this “upgrade”. There is only one air-conditioning vent in the entire space, located near the entrance. Once the divider door is closed, there is virtually no airflow to the separate room, making it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return. There are many other resorts that provide a more relaxing atmosphere, better amenities, and a more enjoyable guest experience."

"The food there isn’t great. Two of the restaurants were just ok. The drinks were gross. It gave me a headache. I was scolded by an employee named Vicente at the pool for having my dog on a stroller there. While checking in, they said I could. Vicente had an attitude and was very rude. They says dog friendly but it really wasn’t. We booked a swim out beach front and the water in our pool wasn’t that clean. I see them cleaning the ones near the pool more.i regret staying here."

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The faucet in our room would get air in the line on the hot water side at random times and when I turned it on it would shoot water into me and make a mess of my clothes. The food was solidly mediocre: no amazing flavor, the chips were all stale, but the drinks were good. I was hoping for more exciting food in Mexico, but it wasn't anything particularly memorable: not bad, just not memorable. We stayed for a week with 2 older kids. I would say that was too long. We had done everything after 4 days and needed to book other excursions outside the resort. Just plan accordingly for your needs and personality."

"I can’t say how much we enjoyed this resort! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Met some amazing people and the staff was off the charts. Enrique our butler made everything fun easy and special. Eugenio and Ernesto at the pool bars were so attentive. Roger at breakfast. We got to do a ceviche class with executive chef Octavio and had the best time. Rooms amazing! Beds changed twice per day. Small place. Chill vibe but so much fun and relaxation. For sure want to make a trip back there. And the spa experience was fantastic with sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hydrotherapy and a salt room!! Arianna the guide was a delight. Maria at check in made sure we knew everything and gave us a quick tour so we knew where to go for drinks and dinner. Honestly we’ve been to Cancun 15 times and this place is one of our favorites."

"We loved everything about the resort. It was beautiful. It was clean. The service was excellent. There was a ton of amenities. It never felt busy. Restaurants were easy to get into and the food was great. The only bummer was the ocean and beach, but that’s not the resort’s fault!"
