"Amazing resort. Very clean every where you go. Beautiful rooms with top notch service. The food was excellent. A perfect variety of restaurants with healthy options. They even have a coffee shop with fresh fruit juices and a smoothie bar. The spa was a 10/10 experience. We did the couples hydro therapy and we enjoyed it so much. Thank you Excellence Riviera for a truly amazing vacation!"

"Roberto met us as we arrived. He gave us a tour of the house and how everything worked. We only used the TV for music, as all of our time was spent outside. The grounds and pool were breathtaking! The pool was cleaned everyday and someone even came and cleaned the house mid week. It is very family friendly! The walk into town was super easy! If you didn’t want to walk, there bikes you could ride. There were many great restaurants in town! The people in town were super friendly! I would recommend staying at Casa Del Sol! It wasn’t just me that lived the house and area. There were 7 adults and 6 children. I think they all agreed this was one if not our best family vacation’"

"This house in Puerto Morelos is amazing. The inside is comfortable and had plenty of room for 9 adults 2 children and one infant. The pool is so well kept and very clean. You are 50 yards from the ocean. So all day you can swim in the ocean then hit the pool. The caretaker and his team are attentive to every need. They offer a chef who cooked three meals for us that were fantastic. The easy proximity to the city gave us lots to do. This house is a great rental."

"Indeed this was a very spacious unit with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea from all five balconies. We drove a rental to the unit, and there was plenty of on-street parking nearby to use. On the beach side of town, most of the amenities like restaurants and shops are within a fifteen minute walk, either on the beach or by street. The host Ramón and staff were communicative, attentive, and discreet. It was a very private getaway spot for us to plan our adventures in town and across the Riviera Maya. We appreciated the dual washer-dryer, the large jugs of purified water, and high-performing heat pumps. Friendly neighbors and guests next door. Be prepared to climb four flights of stairs. Additional restaurants and shops in the Colonia side are about 5-10 minutes away by car, or about 2 mile walk or bicycle ride. Wifi was great, coming in at 100 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload. TVs with streaming services in each room, if that matters to you. Although we only used glasses for drinking and some cookware for a little breakfast—we mostly ate out—it would also have been nice to buy ingredients at the Chedraui by Parque Los Fundadores and cook some Mexican food at “home.” Songbirds all day, especially during the morning, are a delight. We also saw Vaux’s swifts, pelicans, sea gulls, frigate birds, and possibly an albatross from the balconies. Check reports from Centro de Monitoreo Ambiental y Sargazo"
