"We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service. The all-inclusive package was well worth it for us and the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. The 2 Mexican banquet buffets were fun with games and live music. The resort is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the port side of Puerto Morelos as well, making it an ideal location. Shout out to Eduardo in the Ro Marley restaurant and Noie in the spa for going above and beyond and also encouraging our Spanish language skills!"

"If you're looking for a place where the vibes are high, the drinks never stop, and there's always something fun going on...THIS IS IT. (We highly recommend Aquafit: it's a high energy dance party in the pool to get your heart rate up.) My girlfriends tried the spa experience and said it was one of the best they've ever had. The staff made the experience, the food options were endless, and everything was spotless. We're already dreaming about going back! "

"Check in was easy, and most of the staff who work the front desk for a very lovely, but the exception of one woman who accused my husband and I of ripping off our bracelets. They broke/ ripped off twice, and she essentially said that it was impossible, and if it happened again, we would have to pay. I also wish the hotel had a quiet hour time between say 10 PM and 8 AM, there was a family that had children screaming at the top of the lungs and stomping around at six in the morning till 11 o’clock at night and absolutely nobody seemed to care about the comfort of the other guests at the hotel. That aside it is beachfront, the pool was lovely, the beach club is fantastic and the value is great, but wish that they took a bit more care for their guests. "

"This unit is absolutely beautiful. The view is unmatched and the place was spotless. There was coffee and so many little touches that made us feel welcome. Couches are so comfy and you don’t find that very often in Mexico. The beds are brand new mattresses and very firm for us but other than that i was in love with the place. Not to mention the pool is so clean and beautiful. It is located further from downtown than it shows on the map. It is right next to Único beach club. Great location but just so people are aware. This is truly a beautiful property and we would definitely rent it again. "
