"Great services and relaxed environment "

"The property was beautiful and very well maintained. We felt very safe all around the resort and Puerto Morelos. The food was amazing! By far the best food I’ve had at an all inclusive! We booked the platinum club package (unknowingly) and it was amazing. The staff really made the trip so enjoyable. The butlers were our favourite part. They felt like family by the time our stay was over. The only negative from our stay here was the beach. The water was very brown and stinky and there were so many bugs in the water close to shore, but not the seaweed I have been reading about in many other posts from resorts on the east coast side of Mexico."

"Rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was wonderful and the food was amongst the best we’ve had at any all inclusive. We never had to fight for chairs by the pool or ocean. All in all it was a wonderful trip!"

"First time staying at the resort. About 3rd visit to Quintana Roo. This place was hands down one of the most cleanest spot we've stayed in. Having a butler throughout the day helped out a lot as well. They were super friendly and awesome. The only cons I have is that the servers and bartenders, looked like they were just there to work and that's it. Which is ok, I'm just used to other areas that they are super friendly, chatty, and tell you were the best spots in town are when leaving the resort. Either way, great spot and will be coming back for sure"

"We had an amazing trip , Angelina 28 apartments super comfortable the personal is super friendly,it's a property by the ocean to me lock great is hard to keep everything spotless since sand and some guest did not pick up after them selfs but over all was a great experience, my kids get to see some wild life iguanas, turtles and other animals the live there ,we stay 5 nights the first three the ocean didn't lock so good little sargazo on it but the last 2 night the ocean clear out and we had some beautiful views, it's about 10 min driving from Puerto Morelos market stores not bad for groceries if you had transportation."

"We were at a resort and flight was cancelled due to weather at home. We spent two nights at Las Palmas. Very clean and amazing owners. Loved the feel of the quaint town and its residence! Great nearby restaurants. We will be back on our next trip!"
