"Everything was great!! Pools and beaches were clean. Staff was amazing. No complaints. They were timely and organized. Paid great attention to detail. Great food!! However, I do think they could sanitize the rooms a little better. The phone had a weird smell, hot tub in the room seemed like it needed a better cleaning and the mattress had stains under the sheets. "

"Our family group of 9 had an absolutely wonderful time here. The rooms were amazing, we liked the hammocks, pool, and staff. The rooms were very clean, and our butlers (Indi, Saul, and Sebastian) were fantastic. We especially appreciate the onsite 24 hour doctor: my daughter got an ear infection and it was so convenient and nice to get her treated at the hotel."

Its small enough to be able to have eyes on your kiddos at all time, and but big enough to always have plenty of space to swim and play. The food was okay.. The spa was amazing. Kids club is great. The glass houses are beautifully crafted, thoughtfully designed, and blend seamlessly into nature. Waking up surrounded by jungle and light felt surreal. The “pool” experience being cenotes was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced, you truly become one with nature. The privacy here is unmatched; despite other guests being on the property, we rarely saw or heard anyone. It felt incredibly peaceful and personal. The chef prepared some of the best food we had on our entire trip, and the coffee made fresh in the morning was honestly the best cup I’ve ever had. The kitchenette was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and more. The additional services are absolutely worth it, the massage and ceremonial bath were deeply relaxing and meaningful. Every detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and designed for true restoration. The hot tubs are not heated but not needed in such a warm climate.
