"Everything was great!! Pools and beaches were clean. Staff was amazing. No complaints. They were timely and organized. Paid great attention to detail. Great food!! However, I do think they could sanitize the rooms a little better. The phone had a weird smell, hot tub in the room seemed like it needed a better cleaning and the mattress had stains under the sheets. "

"The condo is very nicely decorated,beds very comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen with high quality appliances including the hair dryer. We arrived late in evening and was great to see coffee was supplied,with a choice of brewed or by the cup.short walk to catch local bus to beach and stores.security was friendly, helpful,felt very safe .condo and entire complex is very clean.enjoyed relaxing in the pools that are very close to the unit. Beautiful condo,had everything we needeabd more Next time would like to stay for a month.Thank you,Wendy and grant"

"Host arranged transportation from the Airport for us and waited for us to arrive to greet us and made sure we got settled in nicely. The stay there was great I would highly recommend booking if you plan on vacationing in Puerto Morelos. Just a short walk to most store and restaurants and a nice little ride on transit to the beach"

"Unit was extremely clean well organized and stocked (as good as any unit I have ever rented) very well. Israel was a perfect host and when there was an issue (I stayed there a month) that is normal house issues it was addressed immediately and follow up with me making sure it was good was frequent. The neighborhood was very quite and I felt very safe. there is a washing machine and that came in very handy. the kitchen was nice with a great gas stove as I cooked many meals during my stay. the resort amenities where great just as pictured and the place had the resort feel. I would 100% stay there again. "

"We were at a resort and flight was cancelled due to weather at home. We spent two nights at Las Palmas. Very clean and amazing owners. Loved the feel of the quaint town and its residence! Great nearby restaurants. We will be back on our next trip!"
