(We highly recommend Aquafit: it's a high energy dance party in the pool to get your heart rate up.) My girlfriends tried the spa experience and said it was one of the best they've ever had. The staff made the experience, the food options were endless, and everything was spotless. We're already dreaming about going back! "

"We upgraded to a family suite, which was clean, nice, and conveniently located close to most amenities. Unfortunately, we were unable to book any of the specialty restaurants. We tried two lunch buffets: one was good and the other just okay. Food quality was inconsistent, with some items appearing pre‑cooked and reheated. Service was mixed: some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed disengaged and unhappy to be there. Alcohol options were mid‑tier at best, so if you have specific brand preferences, it’s worth checking ahead of time. The pools were nice, and the kids especially enjoyed the high jump and slide. The beach and ocean were not usable during our stay due to heavy seaweed, and the smell from the rotting seaweed was unpleasant. At night, the outdoor air‑conditioning units produced noticeable fan noise, though it did not affect sleeping inside the room. The resort sprayed for mosquitoes, but bites still varied by person. The resort uses room cards and towel cards and charges $40 for any lost towel card, which feels outdated but may help offset costs. Our biggest issue was with the resort credits. Our Expedia package included $300 per room, but we only received $450 total for two rooms instead of $600. After some pushback from the resort staff, we dropped the issue. We were only able to use $60 of the credits towards two massages and later heard Costco offers better resort credit packages."

"The place is very nice and comfortable with a huge balcony with wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean, wonderful birds, palm trees. Fantastic pool, everything is well maintained, and every need was well handled.Be aware that it's a pretty long walk up to the penthouse on a winding staircase. Good exercise at least. It is not true that you can walk to town on the beach; it is blocked by a large commercial pier. We learned to call Ubers on whatsapp to get to and from town. Maybe check to see the state of the Sargasso infusion on the beaches. It was impossible to use the beach and walk in and out of the water. WE loved being there anyway. Puerto Morelos is a wonderful place and the apartment was great. We would definitely return."

"Location not even close to where Expedia says it’s at. Construction noise all around. No hot water. Bed hard as rock. Long walk to center of town Sink had no handles. Over all wouldn’t recommend it. "

"This condo has a fantastic location, you can walk to everything - beach, groceries, restaurants, everything you need is within walking distance. The rooftop pool was a hit with our crew, it’s all just like the pictures. The host was great to deal with as well, always attentive if you have questions. "

"Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that this service was offered to me every 4 days but only happened 3 times in 7 weeks. Upon me showing them this on my original booking, they promptly removed it from their site. I was not impressed with how this was handled and would certainly never recommend to anyone wanting these Accommodations long term. It was unfortunate because everything else was excellent."
