Comfortable rooms with great thought into personal touches that made it fell very welcoming. The bar area was very cosy and inviting on a cold winter night. Easy access to the many wineries and attractions of Macedon Shire.

Staff were amazingly accommodating! We had to leave early so couldn't enjoy breakfast but they made sure we had a continental breakfast to enjoy in our room. Room was clean roomy, great natural light and very comfy bed. Food and service at the restaurant was exceptional! We will definitely be back to enjoy again!

The Manse

Our host confirmed our time of arrival by phone the day before and met us on arrival which was fantastic. She was very hospitable and we instantly felt welcome. The Manse is a beautifully restored house located a few minutes walk from the Main Street so was very quiet. Located in a lovely garden setting, the front entrance had stunning stained glass and a wonderful foyer. The stained glass was also on show on the landing of the stairs. Fantastic big room that was clean and fresh, and the decor attractive. The bed was so comfy, with multiple pillows to use. The breakfast pack was a bonus. So nice to stay somewhere that allows for more than one cup of tea and coffee each during the stay.

The walls were thin but I expected that from the reviews online. But you get what you paid for. The staff were helpful when picking up the keys. The property was well maintained. The room was very well kept and so conveniently located to the town centre. Best for those looking for a good rest and recoup.
