The staff were exceptional, incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food and drinks at Pippin was great and great service. The room was cleaned every day before I returned and I had a great view.

Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Loved the ‘Plunder the Pantry’ complimentary option when I arrived late back from day tours. Would love to come back one day with my husband.

Excellent position in the centre of London and right behind Buckingham palace and a five minute walk to Victoria station. Having a kitchenette was a bonus, with Waitrose supermarket around the corner. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We spent 2 weeks there and both being in our 70's, we could come back and rest in the afternoon and then go out again in the evening. A little more than we would normally pay, but convenience was everything. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at The Belgrave. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. It was walking distance to Victoria train station and many attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben etc. We would definitely stay there again
