"I did not like this property at all we had complementary breakfast and you only had offering of two items and it wasn’t even fresh"

"Breakfast was disappointing, and we waited over 20 minutes for the waffle machine as it was the best item offered and there was a gigantic line. Coffee dispensers were empty-staff should take note to refill as most of us prioritize coffee. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Nice to have a standard fridge and kitchenette in the rooms but we did not use them given our brief stay. Would be great option for guests who need an extended stay. "

"The room was clean and comfortable and my only complaint would be the weak shower pressure. It was nice to have laundry, however the gym was tiny and the water dispenser wasn't working. Office center is listed as an amenity, but it's actually being used by an outside company and not for guests. Good for a short stay."

"Me registré a las 10 pm , salí a cenar y al regresar: la llave digital de mi habitación no abrió la puerta, me dirigí a recepción para que me abrieran la puerta y no había nadie; solo un letrero que decía que disculpara las molestias y que regresarían a las 6 am. "First room we were assigned to had suicide notes, and about 500 pages of jail notes, restraining orders and such. It scared us and we went to the front desk and asked for a new room. This was granted. When we got the new room, electricity was not working with a few of the lights. Then we received a phone call from another guest that had been relocated to another room for the same reason. I feel that housekeeping should have removed the contents of the first room, and when we were reissued another room, it should not have been one that was rejected by prior guest earlier that day. Very disappointed with the Hilton brand. This hotel was chosen because we wanted a nice relaxing stay. Instead we basically experienced chaos the entire stay "
