"While it is close to the beach you have to climb alot if stairs and cross the high way to get to it. Was about a 10 minute walk just to get there. There were alot of things around to eat and explore so we didnt stay much in the room. The beds were too firm for our liking as it gave us shoulder and nack pains. "

Later found out package was kept in manager room desk w/o letting me or other staff to give/ deliver to me in person or to room number again despite checking several times!!! "Good hotel for SM brach location and rates. Coffee and water included. Property is dated, but delivers what you would expect for the price.. it was OK for me - one night solo, but not for more thsan two nights or with spouse -- etc. Staff was friendly and responsive, but dont expect luxury. "
