"I stayed at the Thistle on a layover at Heathrow. It was a quick and enjoyable pod ride to the hotel and the automatic check in was very efficient. Managed to check into my room within less than an hour from touching down. The room is the standard English hotel room, the bed is comfortable, and everything I needed was there. I would have liked to get something at the restaurant but found myself falling asleep right away! Great place to stay on a layover from Heathrow. I would definitely go again."

"The room wasn't completely clean, as I could clearly see stains on the bed frame and the carpet. One of the women at reception was very rude. I arrived, told her I had a reservation, and provided my name, but she paid no attention, so I had to repeat my name about five times until she asked the other woman to check my booking."
