ロビーのフロントでの手続きが不要で、完全にリモートタイプのアパートメントホテル。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、全てスマホで手続きができ、とても便利で斬新なホテル体験でした。ただ万一スマホを紛失、または充電が切れたら、鍵も開かないので、滞在中は絶対に充電を切らさないように注意していました。事前に連絡すれば、可愛いエコトートバッグを用意してもらえる、とあったので問い合わせたところ、チェックインまでにトートバッグもご用意いただきました。また暖房の稼働方法についても、チャットで全て解決できました。チャットは非常に迅速な返信で、何度も助けていただきました。が、ロビーを掃除していた従業員は全く挨拶も笑顔もなかったことが非常に残念でした。部屋はコンパクトでしたが、窓もあって日差しも入り、非常に綺麗で、効率的でした。ミニキッチンが備わっており、特に電子レンジは本当にありがたかったです。十分な設備でした。周辺は閑静な住宅街です。アールズコート駅の繁華街の正反対に位置しているので、周辺にお店はほとんどありませんが、バス停がすぐ近くなので、ケンジントンやノッティングヒルにはすぐに出ることができます。駅反対側には、スーパーやレストラン、スタバ、パブもありました。女性ひとりでも夜遅く帰宅、または朝早い出発でも治安は全く問題なかったです。私はフロントロビーに長時間並ぶ必要がないこと、部屋のキーがスマホになるホテルシステムが大変素晴らしいと感じました。次回もぜひ利用させていただきます。
