"First of all the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and of course with a view . The hotel was close to the Sapa station . I would definitely come back and stay here again …. "

"Nous sommes arrivés peu avant que l'orage éclate : barrière de la langue (même Google traduction ne suffisait pas), humidité au maximum dans la chambre, toutes nos affaires étaient humides et il y avait des limaces dans la salle de bain et même dans la chambre le matin. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très cher. La vue devait être belle mais la brume nous empêchait de voir les paysages "

"First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Use grab taxis as they are cheaper. You can book tours and trek leaders from the local community. Sapa City is lovely. The hotel...

"The view was amazing, the staff was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and we had dinner at the home stay one night which was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone "

"The place is pretty basic but has a rustic feel about it. Bring your own honey or jam for the morning as they down’s supply it. Also you have to pay for coffee even when breakfast is included. At my level of room the washrooms were quite a distance from the room and needed an upgrade. However, if you like the rustic, village type, and want to make your own breakfast then this is the place. "We lived our stay here (3 nights). Loan, Ben and the rest of the staff were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the motorbike tour but really enjoyed everything. The lodge is in a great area in the countryside and was very peaceful. A plus stay - we will be back. "

"Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. "She’s a little tired and in need of renovation, but the staff and service are exceptional. My opinion went from “good” to “great” when I inadvertently left a fair amount of money in the in-room safe when I checked out, and not only did the money not “disappear”. It they actively tracked me down to return it to me. Not many hotels have that culture of integrity and customer service, which more than makes up for the paint being chipped. I’ll never stay in another hotel in HCMC - the Rex is my home in VN going forward"
"The Vinpearl Resort & Spa's facility is very beautiful, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also, the staff are very kind and professional. Both my wife and I really loved to stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it."
"Hella clean spot. Legit nothing dirty there. Can get slippery in the hotel elevator due to people going to the pool but you always have to cautious. "
"The rooms with SIGNATURE LOUNGE was wonderful to pay extra for. The one gripe i did have was that every time i walked in to the lounge area, i was asked if i was on the wrong floor or was after the rooftop bar. I was made to feel that i didn't belong until i told the staff my room number. Staff have to be better trained on how to handle this in a more considerate way. People on holidays can still dress smart casual, it might not be your standard but i have paid extra for the benefits of this lounge and i followed the dress code."
"An excellent place to stay especially arriving after midnight, late checkout at 12pm meant a decent chance to sleep and then enjoy the swimming pool which has views over the airport. Would stay here again. "
"Had a wonderful stay here. It was perdectly located, so close to many restaurants, beach clubs, cafes. Its a walk away from the beach. The food for their breakfast buffet were great. We also ordered room service, and the food were delish. Our hotel room was overlooking the ocean 😊"
