"Great service overall especially the frontline staff such as Lan , Trung, Lac, Nhi and some others who were so helpful and greeted us with a warmth and welcoming smile and were more than willing to answer any questions that I had. I also appreciated the many languages that the staff could communicate in many languages such as Cantonese, Chiuchow, besides Vietnamese. These staff members are great assets to Windsor Plaza hotel. Room service is great and really took care of what we need by making sure the room and everything is clean. That’s why I came back the second time . However, the reception staff need to communicate a bit more clearly as I was told to book the handicap room last year (my first time stayed at the hotel) in order to have the room that has a standing shower because most rooms only have bathtub which is not safe for my elderly mother to climb in and out the bathtub every time she takes a shower because the tub is very high/tall which can be unsafe for an elderly person to climb in and out for taking a shower. My mother and I are not in anyway to be considered as handicapped and therefore the handicapped room that was provided to us initially was not suitable nor appropriate. I had to talk to the supervisor on duty in order for us to move to-a room that has standing shower; other than this issue everything else was good."
