"This property was fantastic. They had valet parking which was super nice to not have to deal with downtown. It is so central to everything in downtown Florence and it was very nice to take quick breaks in the room and cool off. 10/10 would recommend and can’t speak highly enough about our experience!"
"I had a very good experience during my stay in this hotel. Very clean, staff are very nice and friendly and polite.Rooms are very clean, great showers in the rooms, the breakfast they serve is awesome, they give tiny jam jars to you instead of jam in plastic containers, cut fruits, pancakes, eggs in different varieties, etc. even snacks you can grab to go on your busy walking day ahead! They place a bag of a kind note and tuscany special biscotti at your door on the night before your check out, which was a very nice gesture by them.
Air conditioner in the rooms works well. There are enough power outlets and cloth hangers, the bathroom is well facilitated as well.
The minibar in the room is very good too."
"Perfect location, only 5 minute walk to train station and centre of all attractions and places to dine. The hotel is super clean and staff so friendly. Will absolutely stay again when visiting lovely Florence."
