This was such a great find! If you're looking for a place with character, style and charm, perfectly balanced with modern touches, this is definitely it. The location was fantastic and the owners were so friendly and helpful and clearly take great pride in what they do.
Our room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean, with a good size bathroom. There is a lift to the rooms but it is small (although beautiful) so if you want to use it, you would just take one suitcase at a...

I loved everything about my stay at this property. Ernesto and Paula where amazing hosts - cleaning every day, personally preparing breakfast and ensuring that I knew where I was going always available in case I got lost. I also arranged for them to pick me up and drop me off during my short stay in Rome from the airport. They charged the same as Uber was quoting. Will definitely stay there over anywhere else again in Rome.

5 stars for location - 5 min by walk to the Vatican, 20 mn by walk to Trastevere and Pantheon.
5 stars for customer service - excellent communication from the owner and his staff. The owner really makes a great effort to accommodate you as much as possible. Early check in, late checkout, airport transfers organised and way cheaper than a taxi.

Lovely charming secured apartment in an impeccable condition. Ample amounts of space and easy access to nearby metro stations. Only thing to say was ventilation in the bathroom could be better, and shower was quite small for an average adult. We also experienced some issues with the hotwater (boiler was turned off temporarily(?)), but quickly resolved. Blackout blinds were wonderful, and appreciate host accomodating us to store luggage with them at the apartment before check in.

Great place to stay for a few days in Rome. Good location, great restaurant next door. Bed was super complicated. Would recommend for a couple or single person.

Lovely place. On the top floor, I mainly walked the stairs as I found the lift a bit scary being so small! But I think great to have a modern lift in one of the old Rome buildings.
Staff super helpful, breakfast lovely. Room very clean and spacious. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything.

The place is spacious and very close to the Vatican city. Room looks just like the photos with a cute lift for moving luggages upstairs. Overall good value for money, would come back again.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were very small and being two women travelling together the beds were too close together. This was made up for with the rooftop terrace. It was a lovely place to sit and admire the night time view of St Peters Dome.
A lovely view. from terrace. I would stay here again.
