Cute property in the heart of a residential area walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Conveniently close to the Vatican. Enjoyed the delicious complementary wine on arrival and olive oil upon departure. Our only knock was the on-premise laundry facilities. The washer/dryer machine combo wouldn't properly dry out clothes regardless of the load size.

Giorgia the receptionist was super nice and had everything set up nicely for us to easily check in. Building was relatively easy to find and the room was nice and tidy! It was getting quite hot in the room so we asked for a fan, which she had and kindly let us use it and even offered us the spare AC unit too! There were quite a few ants hanging around the windowsill and ended up coming into the suite when we had the windows open. But other than that, it was a lovely stay and I’m so glad we chose this place! Will definitely go back when in Rome again!!

Beautiful apartment but not perfect
I am giving good rating because the owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly and sweet and the apartment was beautiful. But some things were not working like the airflow system and some equipment did not work in the apartment and to add to that the apartment next door was being renovated so there was loud activity every morning which interrupted my sleep. I think that if the owner does better maintenance on the apartments this would be a fabulous perfect place to stay. The location and the neighboarhood was very nice, rather quiet beautiful street very close to endless shops and restaurants and the building itself is very beautyful and safe.
