"Communication throughout the stay was great. We were given the code to store our bags in the locked storage room when we arrived in the morning. Once the room was ready, we were notified. The location can not be better. It was a short walk to anywhere in Valletta. The room was quiet, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, large refrigerator in the kitchen, and good WiFi. We would stay here again when visiting Malta."

The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. "I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. The keypad on the door handle was really frustrating to use because you had to turn the handle just enough to trigger it to...

"The property is clean and quaint. It is newly renovated and very comfortable. Two things to mention: the door to the unit is very difficult to open with the key and the stairs are difficult for older people with baggage. The lady who cleans is a gem, helping us with WIF and giving us her key. The lock tithe door needs replacing "

"This apartment is quirky, rustic, unique and functional. Excellently located close to the attractions and amenities. However, it would create problems for people with mobility issues."

"The location and authenticity of the accommodation is amazing. It is very close to the main sites in Valletta and in a traditional lane house. It is also great value. The one thing to be aware of is that given it is an authentic house and on a main thoroughfare, it is super noisy. If you bring some ear plugs it will be fine. The apartment itself is well equipped and all you need for a great stay in Valletta. Rooms are very spacious."

"Property was interesting and comfortable, however, for people with mobility issues I would not recommend it, too many steps. The property needs a mirror near an electrical plug so one can dry hair. No electric shaving ability. It’s a good location if the weather is hot. It’s a bit of a walk from the centre of activities, but not far. Overall, comfortable and pretty well equipped."

"It was so easy to have public transport just outside the apartment. It was well appointed and just a little noisy with some other tenants.It was a wonderful experience and the host was quick to attend to a Wifi issue. Dean was great as my airport transfer person."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the high beamed ceiling, the very UK decor, and the balcony overlooking the street where the Easter parade passed by. A message sent us offered to organize the transfer to and from the property, but our message accepting that offer was ignored. That was just as well since the prices quoted were higher than what we experienced. Instead of 20 euro from the airport, the Malta Transfer van got us within a block of the property for five euro. "Loved the apartment. It was very easy to get to Valletta with the lift. Sandra was very helpful with information. Speed boat to Gozo was very close and spot to get the hop on and hop off bus was close. We found using the public bus to get around was very time consuming but using Bolt (Uber) was simple and not to expensive so we did both. My only complaint would be that there was no water pressure so it was very hard to was hair. It was only 13 Euro to get to the airport with Bolt."
