"I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. "The location and authenticity of the accommodation is amazing. It is very close to the main sites in Valletta and in a traditional lane house. It is also great value. The one thing to be aware of is that given it is an authentic house and on a main thoroughfare, it is super noisy. If you bring some ear plugs it will be fine. The apartment itself is well equipped and all you need for a great stay in Valletta. Rooms are very spacious."

Two things to mention: the door to the unit is very difficult to open with the key and the stairs are difficult for older people with baggage. "Property pictured is NOT correct. The flour was filthy and badly needed mopped. Could not get the heat to work even after following the written instruction book. Kitchen pictured under the stairs is now the holder for cleaning supplies and broom. The windows were old and didn't close properly. Would not recommend this place."
