"I struggled to rate this hotel fairly. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and about a 20-minute walk to most theaters. The reason I won’t stay here again is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the room next to us, and it seemed as if they were speaking in a “regular” volume. We could hear every room in our vicinity’s doors closing in the hallway. Also no air conditioning so you will most likely need to sleep with your window open. One night, there was a car alarm that went off for a long time. The hotel does leave ear plugs next to the bed, so I am sure they are aware of this issue."

"Very clean quiet room (308) lifts clean and quick. Massive option for breakfast and all superb. Good area and staff fantastic, will stay again hopefully."

"Limited amenities. Very small rooms. Boxed in beds. No water, no glases, one pillow, no tv. No onsite restaurant. For the price this isnt acceptable and i clealy should have read the hotel details more. Just expected these as standard. Other than that it was ok. Hallway carpets dirty and well worn. But its a hallway. Stayed in better cheaper accomodation."

"This was a return stay for us. We were happy from the last stay that's why we stayed at this property again for this trip. The included breakfast was good. Not just Continental breakfast. The hotel was quiet. Just a short walk from terminal 4 via a covered walkway. Terminal 4 is connected to the other terminals by free underground train."

"Had a one night stay before our flight. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We phoned for pickup from station but it took some to arrive, had to phone twice before bus picked us up, driver had unexpected pickups,wasnt his fault but didnt help our wait. Breakfast was buffet,good enough choices,saw a few guests having a wait for cups. We went out for dinner so can't comment on that, overall we had a good stay at a good price so would definitely recommend."
