"Our goal was to be close to the metropolitan centre and this hotel is. There are a few small takeout type restaurants within walking distance as well. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was cozy, and I loved the history behind the building. There were are few little glitches that the staff attended to when I raised the issue (no hot water for the shower, left cleaning rags in the room, didn't replace towels after cleaning the room). The gym was very well equipped. The location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend the hotel."
