"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was so spacious and nice, clean and ready by the time we checked in earlier than check in time. The pool was a bit on the cooler side but enjoyable. The hot tub was my favourite place. There is a nice size gym but I didn’t work out lol it was clean. It was sooooooo busy with lots of visitors so that was amazing for the hotel. There wasn’t no more packing in the back of the hotel but parking was available with a 5 min walk which wasn’t too bad. We called for service of more towels and it took less than 5 minutes to arrive. The staff and the hotel is highly recommended. "

"Everything was great- just be aware that the hot tub and sauna upstairs are not very big and fill up quickly. Not a lot of space to relax up by the pool but I kind of expected that since it’s in a busy city like Toronto. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating "

"Absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, neat and the room we had had an amazing view of the falls and surrounding area. Very little interaction with the staff but they were very polite and helpful! We loved Corso and the thoroughway to fallsview casino within the hotel. Thank you a restful stay!! Recommend that glorious bed!!"
