"Super clean and comfortable home. Well stocked kitchen - could use a couple of larger corning ware/glass large containers to heat in oven or microwave. Kitchen table with bench ok - but chairs are so much more comfortable. Well kept grounds. Close to Bloomington and Wellington and the Sandbanks Park. Great space for a girls weekend get away. nice having king size beds that were comfortable when sharing your sleeping space. TV in main level would be nice as a little too cool in basement since...

The management is extremely accommodating and very responsive which we really appreciate. I understand that there are new owners and have painted the place so it is nice and fresh. However all the hooks were removed and no place to hang your coats at front door and no hooks in primary bedroom or in bathroom. It would be ideal to have...

"We had an amazing time on our little weekend away. The property was tranquil and very clean. The outdoor space was relaxing and well maintained. Lots of birds and chipmunks to watch while we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Indoor space was well equipped with everything you’d need and more. Communication with the host was very good. "We had a great stay in PEC. We had ample space and the amenities met our needs. Tesla charger was great asset to have. Parking for 4 cars. Golfed with my group on all 3 days. Definitely recommend spot. Picton was 30 minutes but a great town with a lot to do and see."

"Easy to find and only 5 mins from Sandbanks by car. Our RV was in good condition but the queen-sized mattress is due for replacement. The interior was very clean and stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. There was only one condiment, salt. We didn't use the stove or oven because the propane bbq provided had a side burner and worked like a charm. Don't expect much privacy as the units are close together and far from soundproof.
