Satisfactory. good location and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Our only complaint regards the bathroom amenities -- the wimpy shower (very small and low, the spray would hit a man right in the nose) and the impossible tiny shampoo bottles containing a poor quality of product.

Front desk is the first point of contact with arriving guests and makes the first impression for the hotel. Head down, shuffle some papers, answer the phone, put the phone down, shuffle more papers, answer the phone again, put phone down, pick up staple gun and rearrange, put calculator in drawer, finally a look up and ... eye contact at last.Other than that hotel is decent, breakfast pretty good.

The free 24/7 shuttle service picks up directly from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, saving guests time and money. Having the BITE Bar & Grill inside the hotel makes dinner quick and easy. While hotel dining is slightly pricier, getting a hot meal until 10 PM without ordering delivery is very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, featuring generous complimentary toiletries. Guests can also enjoy flexible late check-outs until 3 PM for a reasonable hourly fee (10$/hr after 12pm)

The ease of getting to & from the airport was great. The only issue that I had was finding the right location for the airport pickup. Breakfast was great. Having a restaurant in the hotel was really helpful, too, as there wasn’t much within walking distance. Lastly, very reasonable cost for all that was included.

There is a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can get buses to other areas. It's very close like 10 mins walk from a food plaza. The area itself is clean, friendly people and just all the good things. Will definitely use here again if I return to Canada. Oh and 24l7 hot chocolate and coffee available.
