"Room was good - floors needed a deep clean (you can see dirt on the floor tiles nearest the walls & edges of shower recess) Staff were wonderful & very helpful. Expedia doesn't mention a $100 pet bond needed to be paid upon arrival - not recieved it back yet (with absolutely no damage / accidents & its 3 days later) but will update if received in next 24hrs"

"The room was cleaned and perfect 1st floor view.Only disappointment was no onsite restaurant, no sink to wash up had to use bathroom one and wrong code for carpark and entry. Once we found the manager on the phone all was good and perfect. The view the gardens are very nice and well set out we will be back"
