"Staff were amazing. John was super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Great value for money we stayed in the Family room which was roomy clean with a nice bathroom. Easy access to airport and John let us leave the car at the motel while we travel to Bali, saving expensive airport parking fees. One of his staff even dropped us at the airport. Highly recommend for short stay if flying out of Newcastle Airport. "
