"Pros: Beautiful place, great location and it was easy to catch a bus into Florence, nice view. Restaurant on site, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but it really looked nice and the customers seemed like they really enjoyed it. . Very roomy, plenty of space. Great parking and car charging also available. Staff was very helpful and they serviced the room. CONS: They do charge for very basic Breakfast=sliced meats, pastries, and coffee. "Cute little hotel located conveniently less than 5 minutes from the airport. We had an early morning departure and the front desk arranged a shuttle to take us and one other hotel guest to the airport. The shuttle showed up promptly and the hotel worked perfectly for a one day trip. We took a taxi to downtown Florence and enjoyed the sights prior to departure."

"I enjoyed my stay. I was there for 2 days. The location is about 15min walk to main square and major shopping. Lots of good food location along the way. Breakfast was average and the pool was average but a great treat for the really hot days. I loved the accessible laundry 4eu for wash and 4eu for the dryer. This was great because you definitely need to change multiple times in the summer heat. Mini fridge was stock as well....great treat."

"The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Punktuell könnten die Zimmer etwas Renovierung vertragen, z.B. bei den bröckelnden Fliesen im Badezimmer.
