"This place is so beautiful, and the food was great too! I would say don't get tricked by the welcoming staff getting you to go to a presentation to sign up for time shares-- definitely a waste a time, but other than that everything was great. "

The room was Massive & super clean, Luiza was great when we asked her for room cleaning. We never felt sketched out or felt like we had to keep looking back at anybody Every single person that worked at the resort were friendly and had smiles on their faces. Ricardo R. Was one of our regular server at the restaurants we went to and he was really helpful, very nice & took care of us very well! I wish I memorized everybody’s names because they were all great. I’ve already recommended this resort to people I know! They won’t disappoint! "
