"My 2nd time at particular resort. I have a feeling that resort is little bit in ‘saving mode’. Felt like food was better previous time, and booze was higher end, less alacarte options included (only 3 vs 6)😎 No birthday gifts of recognition from hotel this time. Overall still great pace to go. Staff was awesome, very clean resort, spotless comparing to other places I have seen. I walked in several neighborhood hotels as well, and should say that Bahía Príncipe Tulum was still the right choice. "

"We stayed at the Bahía Coba resort which is basic tier of the resorts. The beds were very stiff and the buffet food was decent. Although, there was little communication on how to book the private restaurants for the week that we stayed."

"Pools not great need some TLC 10 min drive from highway. Gravel/coral road great Cenote nearby Like location between Tulum and Akamal. "

"Stayed March 1-11, 2026 The beach was terrible with sargassum never seen before. I realize this is a natural phenomenon but no effort was made to reduce it. The Sargassum started to rot making a smell so bad it permeated most of the resort. Bathrooms needed upgrading. Staff amazing. Pool areas wonderful. If you are a “beach” person stay away…..if you are a pool person it’s good. "

"We had an excellent 10-day stay at TRS Yucatán in Mexico. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the resort, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the staff. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had the best experience possible. A special mention has to go to our butler, Moses. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism really made our holiday extra special.
