Location is great, had no issues getting to my destinations around Ubud. The breakfast was amazing and so fresh unlike any other hotel I have been to. "Location is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and coffee shops Not my favorite spot. Crowded and was a good stop for one night. We thought the beach was close but it took awhile to walk to it. They do have a golf cart that can take you to the beach. I rather stay some place next time closer to the beach. I felt boxed in by the hotel. It is a good value for the room."
