"It was old and dirty from the parking lot with trash, prostitution and drugs. The clerk was rude and did not greet with a hello. The room was so old and had a musty smell. The bathroom was dirty, the bathroom faucet was eaten up by rust. The toilet had stain, the bathtub was dirty and tile had mold. The floor was stained with coffee… the view from the window was the homeless camped in the field. This building needs to be remodeled…"

"Great for staying downtown Phoenix to attend a Suns game. The room was very clean. They have these weird vents above the doorway in the hotels rooms that dont offer a lot of sound privacy. You can see day light on the other side of the vents. So, if whisper if you dont want others to hear what your talking about while in your room"

"I wasn’t informed of the charges they were going to place overnight. My room could’ve been cleaner there were things under the fitted sheet of the bed as-well as weird smear marks on the floor and tables I wasn’t completely comfortable sleeping there. "
