"Generally all was pleasant about this downtown Phoenix lodging EXCEPT there was NO elevator so we had to lug our heavy load up to the 2nd floor. We were pleased that there wasn't breakfast offered because we wanted to eat at Matts Big Breakfast nearby...best bacon I've ever eaten!"

"The shower, bathtub, was clogged up, after shower your standing in a foot if nasty dirty water. Said something bto the manger, she just shrugged her shoulders, like oh well, never fixed in 3 nights I stayed. The bathroom sink also clogged up. Staff couldn't care less. Parking was very limited. A lot of walking to get to rooms. The atmosphere was closer to Motel 6 than Hilton quality. No Bellmen or staff to help with luggage. Food at the affair that was prepared by Hiton Catering made me sick with diarrhea (i.e., foodborne illness). Overall, I was not impressed.
