"Very basic room, no shampoo/conditioner, hard bed. Room smelled like it had been smoked in, and labeled as a non-smoking room. Was woken up around 3am by some random guy knocking on doors looking for a lighter and 'other' things. Front desk did come address the issue after about 2 hours, then problem continued to persist about 30 minutes after. Does also appear to be a longer term hotel for guests, property is not very clean and front desk did not speak english very well."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, but needs a lot of updating."

"Considering that the hotel is marketed as being close to a college. The area is sketchy. The outside of the hotel is not maintain and filthy. There’s piles of trash and animal feces in the parking lot. The room was filthy and had a strong odor of fish. The bedsheets were filthy with stains, the bathroom towels had stains, and it appears that some of the light switches had shorted out. I do not recommend anybody stay there unless they like a roach motel. "
