"Staff were friendly and good value for the price. I guess we got the short straw because the view from our room was piles upon piles of dirty laundry. Kinda detracts from the whole experience."

"Great location across from airie lagoon, great for swimming and lounging
Hotel does have an older feel with the mattresses needing a refresh but it adds to the charm and everything was clean.
Could use hooks in bathroom.
Overall would recommend!"

"Car parking bit tight, and not near the rooms. if your a bit elderly I would imagine getting up the steep hill to the rooms may be a bit of a mission. All and all was a lovely stay and rooms were comfortable."

"It was different but then again that's exactly what Prosperine was. Not to everyone's taste, but after staying at Airlee Beach for six
nights, it was a welcome respite. It was like travelling back in time, but not an inconvenience for me."

All stuff are very kind and friendly. The room was very clean with confortable beds and well cordinated with lovely tropical design. It was exactly the same look as we saw on the website.
The hotel was very close to the port of Airly and about 800m away from the central part of the town where there are Woolworth and some other shops.
The hotel was located at the bottom of the hill and so you can't expect a beautiful panorama view however, with a lot of pine trees planted and ocen water...

There were some roadworks near our booked apartment, so upon arrival we were informed we'd been upgraded to a villa. This place was incredible! I was so sad to leave. Super soft cloud like bed, amazing rainfall shower and spa bath, great kitchen and laundry in our villa... We got our own plunge pool and access to the two beautiful pools and spas on resort grounds. Close by are shops in Cannonvale and Airlie Beach is only a 10min drive down the road - so you're far from the backpackers keeping...

Had a great stay at Seclude. Villa was very well presented, felt cosy but spacious, and had great views from every room. Hosts were pleasant and professional. A 30 min drive to Airlie Beach where we enjoyed dining out on the esplanade.

Amazing room tat opened out onto a beautiful deck with an amazing spa bath. The pool was absolutely great, nice and warm, good views and sun loungers! Once we arrived we didn't want to leave, spent the entire day in the pool and in our private spa. The room furniture was very new and modern. Everything was great!

The best time to visit Sugarloaf is during the Australian winter, from June to August, when the snow conditions are generally at their best for skiing and snowboarding.
This period typically offers consistent snowfall and colder temperatures, ensuring well-maintained slopes and a full range of winter activities. You'll find the resort fully operational with all lifts running and a good selection of dining and entertainment options available. It's the peak season, so while it can be busier, the quality of the snow and the overall experience are usually top.
For those looking for a slightly quieter experience with still good snow, late August to early September can also be a good option. The crowds begin to thin out, but the snow base is usually still solid, offering pleasant conditions for skiing and snowboarding without the peak season hustle.
