It was in a great location, but this is not a five-star property. Firstly, I put in an accessible room, which is far from okay with me. But they were happy to change the room for me. Once I got into the room there was no phone, and the room was in despite need of a paint job. The no phone in the room was very annoying because I had to keep going up and down due to no housekeeping! Otherwise, the room was perfect for me. However, the biggest issue I had was room service. Day one, the bed wasn't made, there was no coffee left and my milk wasn't replaced. Day two the bathroom wasn't cleaned and my dirty towels were left behind, by the third I just cleaned the room myself because it wasn't until 3pm someone came to see if it needed cleaning! I wouldn't stay here again, but it was okay for what I needed. (PS Not worth the price)
