"The lounge didn’t fold out for extra bedding. The air conditioner didn’t work in the lounge room. The shower was dirty and mouldy. There was no glasses to drink from, not even coffee cups even though there was a kettle. There was cleaning tub with cleaning products in a bucket on top of the microwave. Overall cleanliness and presentation was not at a good standard and pricey for what we got in return. Very disappointing. "
