"Was allocated a room that was filthy and not cleaned. Staff weren’t overly caring or helpful. Seemed annoyed I came back down to let them know it hadn’t been changed since last visitors. "

"The room was so small and one chair as a bedside table. The bed was so close to the window that one of us had to climb over to get into bed. It definitely wasn’t worth it for the price."
