"Overall, very good- new, clean, good service. The only was the sleeping sofa- I know they are usually not that great but given the fact that everything else looked brand new, and that the mattress on the bed itself was fantastic, the one on the sofa was terrible- maybe 2.5 inches thick, and the frame was "wavy", extremely uncomfortable. Had to pull it back in and sleep on the sofa itself. All else was great."

"This is an older property that has been renovated. From the outside, at a glance, you could miss this truly charming gem. I’ve visited the area for over 20 yrs and I never knew this was here. "We only needed a 1 night stay last minute to be with our family while they were at the beach. This house was conveniently located 5 minutes away from where they were staying. It was cute, clean and cozy. We will remember this property for a future stay with our family. "This house was a wreck! Broken doors, house not cleaned, dirty dishes in the cupboard, and I mean with actual hardened food still on them. This house was disgusting. And for what we paid for this property that I would rate slightly below a van down by the river, ocean in this case. Stay away, far far away from this dump."
