Family run property with a great little pool for families with kids and just to hang out at during the day. Two block walk to the beach easy to get to close to grocery stores restaurants and anything else you need. Staff is amazing always on site and really work hard to keep the place updated and clean.

I liked that the accessibility to get to our room was easy with safe steps, that the room was clean and ready when we got there. Staff was friendly. Loved how they had it decorated for Halloween! Just a pleasant stay, as it has been the each of the 7 times we were there!

This place is 40 years old. For what it is it is amazing friendly staff. Get room 212 you won’t be disappointed. The bed by the air conditioner is absolutely amazing.

Nice pool and location. Cozy and retro. Room quality is pretty poor quality and light bulbs and tv remote and the refrigerator didnt work. Lots of shady people seem to stay there.

Cozy and Charming

This was an adorable and charming little mom and pop place. Everything about it was inviting with old beach motel charm. The location was amazing in that it was close to beach and restaurants and even in town it was nestled under the oaks with a tropical landscape. This is a sweet spot for family and children to play as well. The staff serviced our room and refreshed it while we took a dip in the pool and we just couldn’t be more pleased with the personal attention. We will definitely return.

The room was clean, staff was very pleasant but office smelled horrible of pets and smoke. My room had very strong smell of smoke! Everything in my suitcase smeeled of smoke! Was not happy about that.

Enjoyed our stay it was very family oriented and they kept the grounds impeccable.The pool was amazing they even provided pool toys at the kiddie pool.Very convient to shopping restaurants and grocery store .My family will definitely be back!!!
