"The home was great. Everything was clean. The shower, the counters, the sheets, the dishes, the floors. Couch was comfortable to sit and watch tv. Love the touches of pink decor inside. The chairs on the porch were comfortable to sit, watch the cars & people go by. And watch volleyball being played across the street. Nice, short walk to the boardwalk and beach. End if August it was not busy or noisy. The market diagonally across the street was nice. A little pricey but was expected. Great house and host. Would rent again."

"My family of 16 stayed mid August 2026, renting the entire home. No doubt it was a new, clean, modern home. Over all great experience. The things I would have wanted would have been a way to get back and forth from levels without going outside and /or the elevator went to the 2nd level, not just the 3rd. (my bad for not seeing this in all the literature)When one of our young kids needed something on another floor at night then walking up and down stairs in the dark was a concern. Not enough shade on 3rd floor deck. And lastly, when I asked that the pool be cleaned 1 time during our stay the response was it would be an additional 75. You can imagine with 8 kids we would need the pool cleaned. I thought a small ask for such a pricey home. Way more positives then negatives. Owner/Host very response. Ask far as check in, we checked in on a Tuesday and months prior to our stay I asked if we could check in a few hours early. We ended up being able to check in at 4:05 and workers were still there. Owner did communicate this but it was the day of the check in. Be ware- you can hear every time someone walks no matter up or down stairs-may have been our loud kids :) Again, over-all very beautiful. If we rented here again I would do a smaller group and stay on 2nd floor where the shade is great along with and all the other great features. Again- over all really nice property."
