"We had a lovely time at the Avista resort hotel. Our room was very clean and we had a great ocean view. The pool area was good for children and adults with two pools and a lazy river. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Some parts of the resort needed a little repair but overall our stay was very pleasant. "

"My neighbors were really Loud. The walls were very thin. Could hear everything. Room was not very clean it was ok. And room was not ready until 8! The view was nice. Smoke alarm was dangling from wall"

"The rooms were sorta clean. Dirty walls,very dirty balcony and chairs couldn't go out and sit. Floors not to clean carpets dirty.no beach view for the price. Had to park across the street because not enough parking in the main lot. Wouldn't stay here again for maybe 3 to 4 years. Reason because they are remodeling i noticed but im sure it will take them that long to redo everything and there prices will probably double."

"Our first night was miserable; the AC was broken and unbearably loud, which was incredibly difficult with a toddler and infant. Though we changed rooms the next day, moving floors was a hassle—made worse when staff denied my husband a luggage cart. The new room’s AC failed again on day five and was never fixed before we checked out on day seven. Additionally, both hot tubs were broken. While the property was nice, the long walk to amenities defeated the purpose of staying at a Hilton with small children. We also found a major safety issue: the balcony lock was missing entirely. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but most issues seemed beyond their control."

"Pool area was great. Resort is doing renovations and half of the pool was unusable and no restrooms were available except to go to the third floor. Our room was nice but noticed the bathroom wasn’t completely clean( toothpaste left on counter) but housekeeping did bring towels daily. There was a major leak under the sink, once reported it was repaired."

"This was top tier. Complimentary Valet service. They parked my car and unpacked the car and took the bags to the room and unpacked. We ordered a grocery delivery and they brought the bags up to the room. When we left, they came up to load the luggage cart and they packed the car."

"They need to clean room better mop floors and change the sheets on the bed. Also telephone was not working engineers department have a quick response time and very professional Thanks Ed for try to help me get bedding sheets and mattress covers changes. "
