"The washer dryer combo in my room never worked I washed my closes a couple times wouldn’t drain kinda mildewed. The staff gave me 5$ in quarters to do my laundry for a week I wasn’t expecting to spend two hours of my vacation every other day on the 4th floor doing laundry. I wasn’t going to leave my laundry wher someone else could take it. They told me it needed a part that wouldn’t be fixed during my stay. The water stayed in the washer in my room 6 days not good Ice maker didn’t work The dark haired lady in the afternoon had zero hospitality. The two attendants Coach and Jose were the best"

"There were cracks in shower, looked like repairs tried to be made, not finishing and spacing exposed. Crack in the sink. Beds were very hard. Convenient for my purposes. "

"Hotel was as expected, with one exception: the 6am continental breakfast wasn’t opened up at 6am. We had to be out the door early and was hoping to snag some quick bites before heading out, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible due to the office/breakfast area being open as scheduled. Part of the reason why we booked it. Bummer. Otherwise it was good for the price during spring break time!"

"Everything was as advertised, it was clean it was plenty of room, we had absolutely no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was cold for the first couple days and the heat worked just fine and then it warmed up and the air worked just fine . The place had plenty of smaller fans that we could use if we needed. The Kitchen was well stocked with appliances The Kitchen had everything you need and would highly recommend this unit. The showers were wonderful and spacious . The property manager was very responsive anytime we had a question or a response. Great trip and great accommodations. "
