Room was very good, staff was friendly, and the stay, in general, was very good. We did have issues with doors: the room door did not unlock easily and required two or three tries. Also the bathroom door would not completely close or lock. Room 101.

It was an excellent experience. The rooms were extremely clean the desk clerk Amy was as helpful as could be possible. She gave good references to restaurants and other places. I highly recommend this place.

I love this place! Had a wonderful time, Clean,Quite with the slight exception of the music from the bar at times was loud but promptly quiet at midnight. And within .3 of a mile from all the attractions, So well within walking distance. I'm definitely going to keep coming back.

My family and I had a great time! Employees were all very friendly and kind. One of the employees even came out to the pool to give my 5 yr old granddaughter an ice cream bar she surely enjoyed! Loved the pool and the restaurant on site as well as very close to all the attractions. Thanks for a great stay! I’m sure will be back!

Excellent and quiet area for my family and dogs for a weekend beach trip. The staff went above and beyond for us. The pool was clean and well taken care of. We will return to Pirates Cove, Carolina Beach!!

The fact that it’s right next door to The Lazy Pirate is convenient but can be a problem bc parking for the motel is tough to find bc diners of the restaurant take stops from the motel. Also it can get noisy at night. Room was great and we enjoyed the pool area. Couldn’t find a hair dryer but no big deal, just bring one with ya, more towels put in the rooms would be great. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and other things.
