We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. It was our first time traveling with our dog, & we weren't sure how that process would go, or if the 'dog-friendly' rooms would smell like dog or be less clean, but we were happily surprised with our stay. The staff was so friendly & welcoming. Our room was quite large, clean & comfortable. The only reason for not all 5 stars would be the grounds were a little overgrown, but there is a lot of construction right now, so they are most likely waiting for that to complete to update theirs since the surrounding area is tearing up the space around them. Everything else was great! The breakfast every morning was a wonderful spread. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We had an issue with our tv and maintenance was there within 2 minutes of our call to fix the tv. The indoor pool was great for our 4 year old son on a rainy morning. Breakfast was great with a wide variety to choose from. I accidentally forgot my toothbrush and the front desk was able to provide me with one along with toothpaste. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was, well free but not like free breakfast in other countries. But is there if you want it. I generally go and get a fresh bagel at a local shop. I suggest add a little more to the room price and provide a better breakfast. Just my 2 cents.

Place is physically deteriorating Elevator was disgustlimgly dirty. Place smells unclean - mildew? mold? First room i got was overwhelmingly smelly. Staff wss gracious and gave me a new room. It smelled but less than first. I was going to an event that started an hour after checking in or I would have left. The bed was clean and comfortable thank goodness. Was going to use in room coffee machine but black stuff came out. The hotel sits very close to road and you are exiting onto a 55 mph road. The weeds were so overgrown at front near road that you couldn't see cars coming - very dangerous. The desk person said she agreed and would talk to management. Safety exiting their parking lot should be priority. I would not stay there again and would not let anyone I know atay there. Wonderful, friendly, helpful,gracious staff.
