The condo was a great location for accessing the beach, restaurants, Fort Fisher, Wilmington, etc. We had quick access to the beach, the pools and the covered parking, which is always a plush. The unit was clean. The beds were not very comfortable, so be aware if you are pretty sensitive to that. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking indoors. "Over Memorial Day weekend, my husband and I and our adult daughter with her dog enjoyed the condo's central location, lovely ocean view from the deck, easy beach access, and proximity to restaurants, town/community park, and hiking trails at Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach State Park. "Accommodations were clean and we were very comfortable. It was our little dog's first visit to the beach and it was a wonderful experience for him.
